Product Availability

Availability describes how long it will take us to get an item once you place your order, but does not include how long it will take to deliver the item to you. (The availability of an item is displayed after the product code on each product.) We have four levels of availability:

In stock: These are items that are in our warehouse and will ship within two to four days.

Special order, usually ships in four weeks: These are items that we do not regularly carry in inventory, but are currently available from our supplier.

Drop ship, allow 2-4 weeks for delivery: A small number of items, mainly equipment or furniture, are shipped directly from our suppliers by special arrangement.

Backorder: These are items that are on order from our suppliers. Please allow 2-4 weeks for deliveries. For furniture, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
