Heavy, Bulky or Oversized Products

There are a number of items available for purchase within our store that are unusually large, heavy or awkwardly shaped. As a result shipping companies charge additional fees to move these goods and storage/movement within our warehouse is more expensive.

In order to offer these items for sale it is necessary to charge an additional oversize fee. An additional oversize fee of 7.5% will be charged for each oversize item.

If an item that you have selected has such a fee, you will see the oversize icon appear on that item's detail page.

Oversize amounts are calculated separately from shipping however, should you decide to return an oversized item, you will not receive a credit for the oversize fee.

Remote Areas

If you are shipping to an address with one of the following postal codes, the address is considered remote. A customer service representative will contact you with the cost of shipping. Payment for your merchandise and shipping will be processed upon your approval of the shipping fee.

International Orders

We accept orders from overseas only when shipped to Canada or the Continental United States.

Drop Shipping

Drop Ship items are shipped to the customer directly from the supplier. A detailed information box will appear and will require your understanding of the shipping details, including delivery time, for the item you are ordering. You must click “OK” to acknowledge this is understood before allowing the item to be added to your shopping basket.

Partial Shipping

In some cases, large orders or orders with unusual shaped products may be shipped in two or more boxes, at no additional charge. It is not uncommon for boxes to arrive on different days within the allotted time frame. You will receive a shipment confirmation containing a unique tracking number for each box.

Shipping Methods

In stock orders are shipped from our warehouse next business day via USPS in the United States and Canada Post in Canada if the standard shipping method is selected.

Express shipments in Canada are sent using courier ground service. We are sorry that we cannot offer the express shipping option to orders that are shipping to a P.O. Box address.
