90 Day Money Back Return Policy

Our goal is to provide you with an easy and worry free online shopping experience. We will gladly refund your order for the full price of any returned merchandise less shipping fees in the event that you are unsatisfied with any items you have purchased. However, we will only accept returns within 90 days of the original purchase.

Need To Return An Item?

  1. Use the return form that was sent along with your order, or print out a new return form. (click here for a new form)
  2. Collect the item(s) you wish to return (please be sure to include all packaging and labels) and place in the original shipping box if you still have it, or an appropriately sized box. Be sure to package the items so that they arrive intact.
    Please note: Items MUST be in complete resalable condition, in the original packaging with all packaging complete otherwise a credit will not be issued.

  3. Fill out the information requested on the return form and put it in the box.
  4. Place your item(s) in the shipping box.
  5. The ship to address for the package will be:

  6. Go to your local Canada Post outlet or courier of choosing, you will be responsible for return shipping charges, be sure to get a tracking number.

Please note: We will refuse any packages sent COD. Be sure to pay for your return shipment at the time you send it.

Resolution: You can expect that your return will be resolved within 10 business days of receipt of your return. Once the product has been received and is determined to be in resalable condition a refund will be credited to your credit card. For orders paid by cheque or money order, your Grand River Toy account will be credited for the refund amount.
